Return & Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY At Tapper Tea, we are a marketplace connecting you with independent sellers. Each seller maintains their own Return Policy, which is visible on their product page. However, all sellers strictly adhere to the Tapper Tea Trust Guarantee below.

2. THE “TAPPER TEA TRUST GUARANTEE” (Mandatory for All Sellers) Regardless of the individual seller’s policy, you are always entitled to a 100% Refund or Replacement if:

  • Product is Expired: The “Best Before” date has passed upon delivery.
  • Wrong Item: You ordered Coffee but got Tea.
  • Damaged/Leaking: The packet was torn or the glass jar was broken in transit.
  • Missing Items: You paid for 2 packs but received 1. (Note: Proof in the form of photos/video is mandatory within 48 hours of delivery).

3. SELLER-SPECIFIC RETURNS (Seller’s Discretion) For issues not listed above (e.g., “I don’t like the taste” or “I changed my mind”), the return depends on the specific seller’s policy:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Most food items (Tea leaves, Coffee powder) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
  • Returnable Items: Accessories (Mugs, French Press) may be returnable within 7 Days if unused, depending on the seller.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Once a return is approved by the Seller, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
