Cancellation Policy
Version 1.0 | Effective January 1, 2026
1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER You can cancel your order for a full refund only before the product has been shipped by the seller.
- How to Cancel: Go to My Account > Orders, select the order, and click “Cancel”.
- The “Cut-Off” Point: Once the seller marks the order as “Ready to Ship” or generates a Tracking ID (AWB), the “Cancel” button will be disabled, and the order cannot be cancelled.
- Why? Since we sell fresh food products (Tea/Coffee), once a packet is sealed and labeled for you, it cannot be reused.
2. CANCELLATION BY SELLER OR TAPPER TEA We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following rare cases:
- Out of Stock: The seller ran out of fresh stock after you placed the order.
- Non-Serviceable Address: Our courier partner (Dunzo/Delhivery) cannot deliver to your location.
- Pricing Error: If a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical glitch.
- Suspicious Activity: If our system detects potential fraud.
3. REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION
- If You Cancel: The refund will be initiated instantly to your original payment source (UPI/Card). It typically reflects in 5-7 business days.
- If We Cancel: You will receive a 100% refund immediately.
4. BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS
- For special bulk orders (e.g., Office Pantry or Wedding Gifts) requiring custom roasting or packaging, cancellation is not allowed once the advance payment is made and production has started.
